We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax/legal obligations (typically up to 7 years). Chat and contact-form messages are kept for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected to EU standards during such transfers.

We use row-level access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based permissions to protect your data. Access to PII is limited to admins and the staff who need it to serve your booking.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
